We are having a great day today! Jacob (FINALLY) rolled over today!! He did it three times in a row, from belly to back. I clapped
and cheered for him, and was ready to shout it from the rooftops. It's funny how kids can do that to you.
I also got good news from the doctor today. Jacob had to go see the pediatric cardiologist for a follow up on his heart murmur. His
is caused by a hole in the wall between the right and left ventricles (bottom chambers of the heart). Anyway, the doctor said he
was very pleased with Jacob's progress, and that we really have nothing to worry about. He's supposed to go back in October for
another follow-up.
Jacob is now 15 pounds! He's growing so fast (sigh). He was so good at the doctor's office, too! He just grinned and flirted with the
assistants while they hooked him up to all those wires to do the EKG. When doctor examined him, he just smiled and played with
the stethoscope. How did I get so lucky?
Enough bragging for now. I have a lot to do before Chris gets home. I have a sales meeting (for Avon) tonight, though I'm secretly
hoping they'll cancel it since it's snowing. We've already gotten 2-3 inches since this morning, and it's still coming down. This is
after we got over a foot on Sunday night!
Take care and keep warm!
Jen & Jacob =)
