I survived the week of babysitting!!! Oh my, this little boy was such a handful! He was only 15 months, but he and Sidney would get into it all day long. And he was so crabby in the morning, my goodness!! But it's over, now I can concentrate on our move next weekend. Lots to do still. It's really hard to pack up a kid's room, because really everything has to wait until the last minute. Like, I can't pack many toys or books, then she won't have anything to do this week, so next Saturday I'll be running around crazy!!

We got Sidney a new hamster last week, he's so cute too!!! I was hamster-sitting for a teacher-friend of mine, her class hamster, for the summer. But it turned out she won't be back in the classroom next year, so we were just going to keep it. I love hamsters, had many, many growing up. But the poor little guy was dying, I think of cancer, and he passed away last Wednesday. Hubby and I enjoyed having him, as well as Sidney, so we all went out and found the cutest little grey and white Teddy-Bear hamster. He's just the nicest little guy too. We're still thinking of a name, if Sidney would talk she'd name it Elmo, I'm sure. This kid is so Elmo-crazy it's getting almost out of hand, but it's still cute. I got her an Elmo outfit today, and she wouldn't let go of it for the cashier to ring it up, crazy girl!!!

I bought my first pair of maternity shorts today, too. Haven't tried them on yet, the panel is just too funny to me. But I need them, some of my shorts are having problems buttoning the top button, oooohhhh!! We have an OB appointment Wednesday, so we're hoping for an ultrasound... and maybe the sex, if baby cooperates!!! I'll let you know what we find out!
