Jake had his check up yesterday. He's doing great, but not as big as I thought he was going to be. For weight he's just 15.3lbs (50%) and 25in tall (75%). Sidney was 14.10lbs and 25 3/4in at 4 months, so Jake is a little heavier and shorter!! But he's about a month ahead of Sidney as far as his milestones. He can sit already, leaning onto his chubby legs. He can now roll from tummy to back too. He's very alert at things, noises, faces, toys. Everything is going into his mouth now too, everything!! I even let him lick some smoothie off my finger, he smacked his lips so loud!! I got the okay to start cereal, I have mixed feelings about it though. He's only 4 months, I had wanted to wait until 6, or close to it. But he is doing so much already, maybe he is ready? I may try just a few bites and see what he does. He isn't the best sleeper right now, his naps are only 30 minutes long and he wakes about 5-8 times a night, often to nurse. I just don't know!!
Sidney is doing well, been potty training the past 2 weeks, and she's doing great!! She often wears her undies during the day, and goes on the toilet herself. We got her an Elmo toilet seat that fits inside ours, and she loves it!! So hopefull soon...no more diapers!! Well, I better run, it's nap time and I need to relax myself, I've been so tired lately! Hugs to all and happy nursing!!! Chanda :)
