Chanda's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

April 7, 2001

Okay, I just spent way-to-much-money today!! I got some money for my birthday and who do I spend it all on?? The kids!!! I got Playdoh, water colors, t-shirts and onsies!! I think I got 3 pairs of socks for myself, oh wow!!! Oh well, I'd much rather buy for my kids then myself, their stuff is so much more cute and fun. Jake is needing the next size already (3/6) and Sidney is in need of some new t-shirts (size 3T's now) so her little gut doesn't hang out from under any more.
They're both sleeping right now, if you can believe that!! We had a bit of a rough night, I was up from 1-4am couldn't sleep and Jake kept wiggling and crying. Then Sidney woke up and peed on me(the bed was soaked, so I laid down a towel...too tired to change the sheets!!). I'm pooped but will wait until bedtime. I wanted to get caught up on my journal for once.
We're having Easter dinner tomorrow since my Grandma is leaving out of town next weekend. I think we're having turkey..yuck(Uncle's idea!!) Maybe I'll eat alittle before we go. I wanted to get our family pictures taken tomorrow, but everyone is booked until after Easter, rats...Jake will have to miss his 3 month pictures I guess. He's getting so big, killing my back in his Snugglie. I really need a double stroller, or 2 of them. But he's doing well, nursing like crazy again. He was nursing every hour at night for while, but has slowed down a little. He even takes a pacifier now...YEAH!!!! Ordered some of those Soothies, and he's finally taking them.
Oh, he's awake now, must have heard me typing about him!! Better run, happy nursing-HUGS, Chanda
