April 3, 2001
It's been awhile, I've been too busy at nap-time to ever get on here. But I am going to today!! Jake is nursing on my lap(with the help of his Boppy) so hopefully I can get through this.
Today is my birthday, the Big 29!! Gosh that sounds bad. I still feel 24 though. Hubby got me a bunch of t-shirts since I've been having to wear his. I still have 25lbs to lose, then I'll have my wardrobe back. But, also some Calvin Klein sunglasses, a running suit and a pretty photo album. He's getting ready to leave for work though, so the rest of the day it's just me and the kids. My mom might be coing up to fix me pizza, that will be nice.
Jake and Sidney(and all the other day care kids) have ben passing around colds lately. That's mostly why I haven't been on here. Jake was coughing so bad, and congested, it was hard for him to nurse. But he weighed 13lbs at that doctor visit(3 weeks ago) so he's not doing too bad!! He hasn't been sleeping well at night lately either. Ever since I stopped his cough medicine, he wakes about 4-8 times a night, and wants to nurse each time!! It's tiring. I've been having lots of dreams though, probably from being woke up so much. But I do wish he'd sleep soon, I'm soooo tired anymore.
Well, that was short lived, he's awake and mad, better run. HUGS to all and happy nursing!! Chanda
