I thought I would do my journal entry today, it's a big one for me. I turned 28 today, ugh!!!! It's kind of a big one for me because for as long as I can remember, like when I was younger, I would think about how old I'd turn in the year 2000. 28 just sounded so old and far away, but it's here, came quicker then I hoped it would! But I'm doing okay with it I guess. My mom keeps reminding me the older I get, the older she gets, so I guess it could be worse.

We'll see what hubby gets me tonight when he gets off work. I think he ordered me a new wedding band. I lost my first one about two years ago. He got me a ring with a marquis cut stone on it, but it scratches Sidney's face whenever I wear it, so I've been whining for a band. He did buy me lunch before he left (my friend Janna was supposed to take me to lunch but called and cancelled). I celebrated with my family yesterday. We all piled into two cars and started heading to Idaho Springs, to eat mountain pies at Beau Jo's, but it started blizzarding out, right in the middle of the afternoon so we headed back home. We did visit a Beau Jos in town though, so I did get my pizza!!

Hubby and I got a few BD's in this weekend--if it's going to happen, I think last night would have been the time. So I'm just keeping my fingers crossed now, I'll know in 2 weeks if it worked!!

Sidney is doing good, sleeping right now. She slept so well last night, I didn't though. I have nights like that occasionally, I just cannot sleep. I was up until 4 a.m., then woke again at 5:30. I would start to fall asleep and then I'd get up to make sure Sidney was okay, it was weird. Must have been a little paranoia??? We're still doing the 3 nursings a day, that's been going fine. I might have to nurse her more today though.

Our fridge broke down yesterday, so I'm waiting for our landlord to deliver a new one, so no milk in the fridge today. But that's okay, I don't mind! I could use a nice cold class of milk myself though, I'm having withdrawals!!

Okay, I better run, I need to get a few things done before Sidney wakes.
