I took Adrianna to the doctor's on Wednesday after 3 nights of almost NO sleep at all. Low and behold she has yet another ear infection. I have come to the conclusion I believe she has allergies like Mommy & Daddy which is causing the drainage in turn is causing the ear infections.
We did the three day Zithromax antibiotic to try and clear everything up before we leave for California on Thursday. I am taking her in Thursday a.m. to have them re-checked for my peace of mind.
The sleeping issue is much better. She is till getting me up 2 times a night but I can deal with that. I have come to the conclusion she is not a good sleeper. I have tried everything except I cannot let her cry it out when she is full force crying. She has whined herself back to sleep while I watched her from the rocking chair but I just cannot do the cry out method.
Adrianna's growth
She is growing leaps and bounds. It is amazing what breastmilk and two feedings of baby food a day will do. She weighs 20 lbs. 15 ounces at 7 months 2 weeks.
Because she is long waisted, she is wearing 18 month clothes if they snap around her diaper. She is also in size 4 Pampers.
Yikes, my little girl is not so little anymore.
Daddy's business trip
In just 5 short days, Adrianna and I, will be on our way to Anaheim California with Rob for a business trip. This will be Adrianna's first plane ride and 2nd state to visit. It will also be her first time meeting her Burghardt grandparents. I hope everything goes well. We are staying just two blocks from the Anaheim Angels stadium so I am hoping that the baseball games end on Thursday night. I am not much for crowds and will less likely get out and explore with Adrianna if the town is hopping with tourists for the baseball game. That sounds funny considering I am a tourist.
