He's still breaking in his bottom incisors, and has been very
uncomfortable. He was awake at least once every hour last night, and
consequently was a real grump today. He's asleep now, and I think he needs
someone to cuddle with ...
As I've shared before, Sam likes to share his breastmilk. Tonight
he handed his stuffed cow to me and said it wanted milk. As I was sitting on
the couch pretending to nurse a cow, I had to laugh. In Sam's world, where
human children drink human milk -- here we were coming a little more in sync
with the REST of the world -- where human children drink cow milk, except we
still had it the other way around. A silly thing to even think about, I
know.
Sam was the most adorable lion in the world for Halloween. At first Sam was terrified of his costume. It took a few days of work, but eventually he grew to be quite attached to his "li li" (lion). He was still a bit timid around others, but with us he was great.
