You wouldn't believe the adorable things Sam has been doing! He constantly beats on everything. He lines up different toys and
"plays" them like a drum. We bought him a little toy snare drum a few days
ago, and he is absolutely DRIVEN to play that drum all the time! He really
gets into it -- he dances, makes serious expressions, sticks out his tongue
and flails his arms around. He loves to sing, especially into microphones.
The other night at church, I was holding him during song service, and he had
his mouth open wide and was signing his little heart out. He can count to 13, and knows most colors. He seems smarter every
time I see him. He has been nursing less, but not much less. He is getting bigger
all the time. It's after 1 a.m., and I really need some sleep, so I'm going to
have to make this a short entry. One more thing, though, Kenny is taking Sam
to the doctor tomorrow to have his scalp looked at. They have been treating
it as dandruff, although they have never actually looked at it. I won't be
surprised to find out that it is excema. Both Kenny and I had it badly as
infants/children.
